Rehabilitation Benefits Administration

In partnership with Seneca College’s Faculty of Continuing Education and Training, the Insurance Institute offers a 10-course certificate program to provide training in Rehabilitation Benefits Administration. This program is well suited for those new to rehabilitation with some volunteer or related experience and to those who are experienced in the field. The multi-disciplined program focuses on a wide theory base with practical application to rehabilitation. It is designed to equip insurance professionals who work with injured or disabled claimants with a deeper understanding of the rehabilitation process to better serve claimants. The program was changed to reflect changes in the Statutory Accident Benefits Schedule (September 2010) as well as to remain current with trends in the rehabilitation field.
