• You will need some math skills to understand the course content and to do some of the course assignments. To help you assess your skills, a short, self-study math refresher course is available to FCIP students at no charge in our learning management system. Please review the math refresher course before starting F530 Financial Management for Insurance Leaders. If you find the refresher course challenging, we recommend that you update your math skills prior to taking F530.

• To do financial calculations, you will need access to a software program or calculator. Working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets should be sufficient.
