Broker (RIBO) licence - Level 1

To be classified as a Level 1 Licencee, you must have achieved your Entry Level Broker or Level 1 competency holding licences in the following classes:
- Acting Under Supervision
- Acting Under Supervision (No A&S or Travel)
- Acting Under Supervision (Including Travel, No A&S)

An Entry-level 1 licence allows you to provide insurance services under the supervision of a senior broker.

If you are currently licensed to sell insurance in another province or territory or are licensed as an agent in Ontario (OTL) you may be eligible to write equivalency exams to become an insurance broker in Ontario.

Which equivalency course do I need?
